In the app (fastest)
- Open Cricket Pulse Live
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm
Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
Because Cricket Pulse Live uses Sign in with Apple, your account
may be registered under an Apple private relay address (ending
@privaterelay.appleid.com) rather than your personal
email. To help us find your account, please email us from the
address linked to your Apple ID, or include the Account Email
shown in the app under Settings > Send Feedback.
We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record, name and email address
- Your favourite teams and pinned match preferences
- Your chat messages and Fan Pulse votes
- Your device push-notification tokens
What is retained
- Purchase and subscription records, retained for tax and accounting obligations
- Anonymised usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you
